Yes, it's ridiculous and kind of makes a mockery of things. It's no wonder there are so many willing to take there chances with the big money involved.

Definitely as a result of information given to the police or other agencies. There's no other logical explanation. Probably gave Customs and Excise some tips on large consignments of drugs coming in.

fair point, trade off some names for a lighter sentence.....suppose it works so long as your fellow inmates don't find out. Otherwise it's don't drop the soap in the showers.

I lived that life. That's the most disheartening thing about the criminal World. There's maybe two out of every ten criminals who have any kind of integrity.

The drug game is permeated with rats, and the higher you go, the worse it is.

It never appealed to me, I preferred taking them.

I'm just thankful that, where I turned left, my Son turned right. Instead of ever glamourising crime to him, I gave him the advice to work for his money, that way, "you'll respect it more."

That alone is some redemption, at least.

There needs to be a documentary about the guy from Cradley Heath that owned lions and tigers. After reading a short newspaper article about him, he sounded like he lived a really interesting life. Lew Foley was his name.

Maybe do one about them lovely orange chips they sell in Cradley Heath. Well worth a documentary.

I’m not a big F1 fan but Ferrari : Race to immortality on Sky is a fascinating and sad watch , endless stream of death in the pursuit of glory

Started American Nightmare on Netflix. I'm always puzzled to why on one hardly ever has a lawyer present when being interviewed by the police. After all, we're talking about the cornerstone of democracy, apparently.

Louis Theroux's Forbidden America. The episode about porn, "pegging," who knew. How to keep a straight face while talking to three scantily clad women, all wearing giant - size dildos, or how to keep your dick limp.

Where's that Postma approved stamp when you need it?

So I googled "Postma," in the hope that I would get the joke, assuming it is one, alas, I'm none the fecking wiser, which kind of destroys any hope of laughter.

It could be the drugs I've consumed, but more than likely, my ineptitude when anything requires lateral thought.

Try "Stefan Postma" and read his Wiki page for brief overview.

Ok! I get it. In a way, it's refreshing, knowing it's more popular than I imagined. It certainly lessens the guilt that I would sometimes feel after the completion of a  "tommy - tank," and said activity being the focus of my perverted thoughts. 😉😉

Watching the Sarah Everard doc. If thst bus had not been going past at that time, there's a possibility Couzens could have remained on the loose. He knew there was no CCTV in that spot.

I think there's a general feeling that asking for a lawyer makes you seem guilty. Which is probably true, but the pros far outweigh the cons!

As a minimum, as soon as it's even hinted you might be a suspect you should demand a lawyer

In this country the police would be reluctant to interview you without a solicitor present due to the Police and Criminal Evidence Act.
