After the drubbing at the Bridge and the cheating at our place, I'd add Chelski to that list. I know they're a difficult opposition but I'm hoping for six points off them this season. He didn't help himself with the 'elbow' but I still don't think he's a sinister player, can see more clubs trying to wind him up in a similar manner this season. You don't want to start that here. Anyway, Benteke was lucky to still be on the pitch after the elbow in that game. I think Chelsea had been told to rile him up and it seemed to work.
