Obviously you'd need to buy some kind of registered club. But if the purpose was not to get him to play football you'd need to pay his club a fee agreeable for them to release him from his current contract and then offer him big enough wages to make him happy for effectively throwing away his career. If you're a rock fan, you'll be there for 2 hours. If you're a country fan, probably less.
