wedge
Hopefully Ash can at least make the bench. His set pieces could be the key to unlocking the sometimes suspect Spurs defence...
chappy
I had a really realistic dream last night where I was five minutes late to the pub to watch this and we were already 5-0 down. I think we can get a point though.
Brumstopdogs
Tottenham haven't had a clean sheet in the league since the first match of the season so logic would say we have a fair chance to score. The problem will be keeping them out at the other end! We know if we go behind we're in big trouble! Sounds like 0-0 then!
coda
If Lawro's got us down for a win it must be true!! Lawro's Prediction I don't know what Lawrenson is on about saying Spurs have a lot of games. They haven't played for two weeks so I don't see fatigue being a problem. I will, however, agree with his prediction. Home win.
theunderstudy
COME ON VILLA! This is a very winnable game.
Chindie Posted December 24, 2010 VT Supporter Share Posted December 24, 2010 Can't see us getting a thing. Us traditionally being a bit shite on Boxing Day doesn't help.
Hanky
Us traditionally being a bit shite on Boxing Day doesn't help. One win in nine years or something like that.
Brumstopdogs
Only four of those were at home and we've come away unbeaten in our last 2 of those. We've also only lost 1 of our last 4 boxing day games! Also, of those 9 fixtures 5 of them were against the "big four"

eholm
is there any danger of the game being called off, guys? Whats the weather like in Brum?
Cracker1234
It's just cold in Brum, most main roads are clear of snow, the sky has only just started to get cloudy after a clear night. Snow isn't expected until later around 5 when the game kicks off....I think if the game is going to be called off it will be down to the police.
