Fair play to Newcastle and Pardew.. doing a great job there, there scouts are doing a fine job and puts ours to shame. Thing is they are buying players that anyone can find out about, cabaye and ba along with cisse were/are known talents throughout Europe. Theyre just willing to take a gamble. Scouting had nothing to do with signing the likes of Cabaye, Santon, Ba and Ben Arfa. Tiote is another matter but the other four were full internationals and well known by anyone with even a passing interest in more than just English football.
