AVFC-Prideofbrum
Why not play Delfouneso though!
KAZZAM
Why bother with Heskey as a sub...
Chindie Posted February 24, 2010 VT Supporter Share Posted February 24, 2010 I'd have rested Gabby myself, but strong team... be interesting how the CM handles a Palace side that'll be dirty and strong in the tackle.
briggaman
Well, no excuses from MON now if they are all tired for the final and it ends up costing us.....

What, you mean a CM including Delph? Suspect he'll probably be ok

omariqy
Pretty much full strength. Would have rested Gabby an Dunne. No excuses now, let's get the job done.
Mr_Dogg
We could win score 5 with that team or else it cause us problems.
TheEgo
Guzan in goal would indicate he is going with Friedel for the final. Good decision
dappadan
Well, no excuses from MON now if they are all tired for the final and it ends up costing us..... What did you expect him to do? Exactly we have a fantastic chance of going to Wembley again. Will be good to see Milner and Delph together.

Rest a couple more players at least. It's Crystal Palace for crying out loud....
AVFC-Prideofbrum
I thought Gabby and Milner had to be rested. Little dissapointed. We'd be so bad without Agbonlahor going forward that I think it's an un-needed risk but oh well. Hopefully we're 3-0 up by 60 mins and we can take Gabs, Milner and Downing off! Big_John_10
Didn't MON get loads of stick for playing a weak team in Europe last year? For throwing away a cup competition? Didn't he get stick that even though it was a reserve team losing a game gets the wrong mentality in the squad? if we get through tonight we have an excellent chance at another cup final. He needed to go strong tonight and fair play to him, if he hadn't then he'd probably get slated like he did for Moscow.
