We need a striker as if Ollie gets injured we’re screwed. Pavlidis for me.

The Kamara injury and to a lesser extent the Torres injury shows how one key player can have an impact. You could argue we have more depth in central midfield than up front and we’re all in agreement a DM is vital, I’d argue so is a striker.

Would love pavlidis. He was probably the most impressive striker we came up against in europa. He looked a real handful. I hope unai hasnt forgotten about him because i really do feel he can add value

If Duran stays i wouldnt say no to another 18/19 year old who we can develop, our 3rd choice out and out striker is Wilson, but the likes a pavlidis would be a waste of money 

If Duran goes then yes we do

We potentially have Cameron Archer to bolster our striking options, who has a lot more experience now from his time at Sheffield United.

(however, I half expect him to be sold on again)

IIRC Watkins did not do well at all in Brentford's playoff final 4 years ago, which because Brentford lost we were able to buy him!

It's extremely short sighted to judge players one way or another, based on any one game, yet we always do it.
