It’s another sliding doors moment, we get CL we can start to build a squad capable of challenging for top 4 for seasons to come. We don’t get Top 4 we most likely will have to sell whilst other teams strengthen. It’s massive for us to get CL football next season, especially with the new format. We are guaranteed at least 8 games but more than likely a minimum of 10. You also play 8 different teams in the league stage. jackbauer24 Posted April 16 Share Posted April 16 Being in Champions League doesn't guarantee anything. But not being in Champions League will definitely cause a bump in the road at the very best. FFP and players leaving (having got so close and wanting it more) will happen and mean getting this close again may take some time.
