Anyone watch Lyon v Montpellier earlier, kid scores 4 goals for Montpellier to put them 4-1 up with 30 minutes to go. Lyon get it back to 4-4 and then get a moody pen in the 10th minute of injury time to make it 5-4, Lacazatte scored the pen to also get 4 goals. Imagine scoring 4 goals and end up on the losing team 😂

One of the worst all season that.

Compare that to the one v Palace when Digne turned his back. That got awarded off a VAR review.

Officiating so bent.

This is where all the ranting from the managers in the media pays off. Officials can’t be arsed for a week of being criticised by Klopp/ETH/Pep so just give them any borderline decisions.

Bloody beat by Wet Spam. 🤮

That adds an interesting dynamic to relegation battle. West Ham won't give a damm about the league now with potentially three more european games to play and they finish with Leeds at home and Leicester away.

That's bad news for Everton I think.

These types always get a shite load of extra time when needed don't they?

Whereas we get 3 if we a re lucky.

I would love to see some research on how much injury time gets added on for televised games vs normal Saturday 3pm kick offs. It feels like the games get reffed very differently when the ref knows he'll be on Sky Sports. Throw Man U etc into the mix and you know the odds are stacked against you.

Of course, but an English ref isn't getting stick for missing a handball in a 3pm Bournemouth v Villa game that gets 2 minutes on Match of the Day.
