Firstly, great win.

Secondly, the coverage outside Brum of our game was shite. Both Five Live and transport were rubbish and WM cut out comms at 3pm.

Thirdly...don't get too in from of yerselfs. Millwall is THE banana skin game, we never best these cockney mongs.

Hope I'm proved wrong. Bring on the stripey yammer words removed in the play off.

A professional job well done. We're going to do it aren't we! Still stunned we're in this position - was convinced it was season over barely 2 months ago, by far the form team going into the playoffs. No one will want to play us that's for sure! Hope Axel is okay.

Poor old Bolton. I hope they sort themselves out in League One.

As for Villa in the last 9 games we have won as many times as the  entire 15/16 season if it was played out 3 times in a row. 

Bring on Albion and if Leeds implode versus Boro then you never know...

Well I went up for this today.  First half pretty woeful and despite a large away crowd drinking in sunny beer gardens all day it did drag the atmosphere down a couple of notches. 

My lads first away day and he missed the first goal as was still queuing for a drink! 

Anyway different class second half and crowd inspired with them. 

Nice easy drive home, jobs a good un.

Only McGinn broke a sweat today because you can't stop the little blighter from charging around.

I was there today, and spent the second half stood next to a mate in row A so I've spotted myself in the crowd for both of the goals.

It was a very professional performance.  The sun was hot - it was 26C outside the stadium apparently - and we've got another game on Monday.  The first half we were in control without really looking like carving them open, despite having one cleared off the line.  If it was a boxing match we were in the middle of the ring landing jabs and making them dance with a view to knocking them out later in the fight.

Well that was precisely what happened.  We came flying at them in the second half, just as we did against Bristol City.  They couldn't live with Grealish dancing around them and most of our threat was him combining with El Ghazi and Taylor down the left.  This was leaving lots of room for us to switch the play wide right to Adomah and Elmo who in acres most of the time.

Smith and his coaching team know exactly where to focus from watching the first 45 and send the team out with clear instructions of how to exploit any gaps.  It's no surprise we've started scoring goals early in the second period.

The first goal was well-worked and well deserved.  Tammy showing that infamous GTFABM and standing a ball to the far post for Grealish to nod home.  The second was more of a scramble but was symbolic of our persistence and skill in tight space.  Grealish chasing down a through ball, intercepting the back pass and flicking it goalwards for Tammy to bundle home.  It was right in front of me and whilst it looked innocuous, Tammy was in a lot of pain.  It's something to be concerned about if we're planning to win the play-offs.

The substitutions were all sensible - McGinn of to avoid a booking, Axel off to avoid worsening an ankle injury.

I've given man of the match to El Ghazi.  He's become so persistent over the course of 90 minutes.  His head doesn't drop if a dribble or a cross doesn't come off, and he chases back to support Taylor.  One moment of skill in the second half was absolutely outrageous, flicking the ball right then left in a single movement.  Bolton, like Bristol, just couldn't live with him.

We're the team to avoid in the play-offs.  We don't look like conceding unless it's a worldie and we look like we score when we want.

Add to that our fans.  The noise today was incredible.

Was watching on AVTV with my daughter and she said at the start "I thought we were away?". The massive noise the Villa fans made confused her

Listening to it on the radio, it was often confusing. There are times when a commentary team are talking about other games and while they are you'll hear a sarcastic cheer from a crowd or a growing murmur and on radio, it's usually pretty obvious if that's the home or away crowd - with this one, you genuinely couldn't tell.

Don't know if we were listening to the same station (I was listening to 5Live) but I got this too. In fact, the only chants I heard were Villa chants - our fans made it sound like a home game.

Respectful nod to Bolton. Their fans deserve better, I hope they survive as a club.
