VillaChris
Looking like Chelsea dropping points already...don't think they've refreshed their first 11 enough. With 10 men Swansea could win this if they really want to.
TrinityRoadSteps
Poor old Chelsea. Well done the ref for booking Terry for arguing
PaulC
Swansea have been great. Deserve to win this.
VillaChris
If Swansea don't get many injuries they could threaten top 6-7 like Southampton did last year although think they need another decent striker in there to back up Gomis. Solid defence and I really like their midfield, think that's as good as it gets outside the top 6.
VillaChris
Sam Johnstone starting in goal for Man. United today. Actually sat next to a Man. United scout watching him play for Walsall two years back...was drawing all sort of funny diagrams on his starting positions for crosses so good luck to him! No he isnt. Info was wrong, all the press had him starting today anyway.
VillaChris
Barry played left back today Who was that Galloway playing for them? Don't expect much from Everton this season, think they've given up challenging for top 4 now and are just treading water.
TrentVilla Posted August 8, 2015 Moderator Share Posted August 8, 2015 Everton were booed off at half time and their fans are starting to realise that Whelan was talking utter balls when waxing lyrical about Martinez. I was always pleased we didn't get him when we tried for him. Think they're in for a tough season.
CarewsEyebrowDesigner
Oh how we could do with a player like Montero, or two players like Montero with one on each flank. Proper wide man.
Morley_crosses_to_Withe
Everton are one of the best run clubs in the country, apparently, but they've barely got a pot to piss in. Kenwright is just so financially savvy that Cleverley was the only new signing in their first eleven today. They can't even afford Lennon. Why they don't just cash in on Stones is bizarre. KitKat
I think Martinez's reputation is receding at the same rate as his hair line.
Arj Guy
Everton will struggle this season. Another bottom half finish for them. Their fans do seem to boo and moan a lot though

VillaChris
Who's that Oxford? Actually didn't realise how weak West Ham's squad is atm...looking at KUMB and a few are putting likes of Jarvis and Zarate in their starting 11s.

I was always pleased we didn't get him when we tried for him. Think they're in for a tough season. Indeed. His teams inevitably are awful defensively. And his record in the transfer market IIRC is atrocious. Poor poor manager and Everton will have a long, long season to come.
