I was always pleased we didn't get him when we tried for him. Think they're in for a tough season. Indeed. His teams inevitably are awful defensively. And his record in the transfer market IIRC is atrocious. Poor poor manager and Everton will have a long, long season to come. terrible manager is the word I would use, he had decent season at Everton with mainly Moyes team. Wigan were dreadful under him Dave Whelan and his accent has got him far in his career Come on he laid the foundations for whats happening at Swansea now, he won Wigan their only ever major trophy and he had a great first season at Everton, hardly a terrible manager, but I am glad we have Sherwood and not him.
