Chewie
Spurs warming up a bit now, I think they'll get a goal in the next 15 minutes. I also think they'll concede within that time frame too. Edited May 16, 2015 by Chewie

Arj Guy
So if it stays like this we need a point on the last day at home to an already relegated Burnley. Doesn't sound too difficult but after today's performance I don't know what to expect
VillaChris
Think Hull will nick the point so it will go to the last day I'm afraid. I can live with there being a 3 point gap though. I remember reading around the time Sherwood was appointed on this thread and there were plenty on here saying they'd give their right arm for us to even be in a position to beat Burnley to stay up at that time so people have just got greedy and wanted it done before the final day. We're still in a pretty decent position. Plenty of teams have been hammered in the premier league before and gone out and won their next game. Couple of years back Wigan lost 9-1 at Spurs and the next league game they beat Sunderland 1-0.
useless
This is why I had Southampton down as a must win game, if winning a game of football guarantees your safety then I don't see how it could be anything else. Hopefully Tottenham do better in the second half, Leicester too.
PaulC
Yes but what about if Newcastle, Hull and Sunderland all win!
VillaChris
Yes but what about if Newcastle, Hull and Sunderland all win! I hope you took a trip down Corals and took the 100-1 shot while the iron was hot. Hull would still have to win next week in any case in that doomsday scenario.
