Big_John_10
Did his job - played more than anyone (including Lambert etc.) thought he would due to Kozak's unfortunate injury. Cheers - adios. He was signed after kozak got injured.

villa_shere
Holt did about as much as heskey did in 3 seasons but for less money :-)
rodders0223
can't fault him. I can, I can fault his touch, his fitness, his mobility, his work rate, his goalscoring record, his touches to minutes ratio, his hold up play.Just to name a few. He was the best we could get though in the short term so I don't know the fuss. Come and gone, move on.
omariqy
Don't care. Can we lock this thread. A sad state of affairs at the club that we had to get him in.

P3te
can't fault him. You really can You can't really. You can fault the fact that he was brought to the club, there's nothing that was shown during his time here that he didn't give it his best go. Whether he was good enough or not isn't his issue. We all go on about how great a club Villa is, yet we seem to get angry when players who aren't good enough for us actually want to sign and play. It's not their fault, it's whoever signed them. Heskey, Holt, Balaban etc. Doesn't matter the player

KSV
Can we close this thread now. Each time I see it come up I think he will sign on permanently. Let this dreadful signing be forgotten. Edited May 18, 2014 by KSV
