If he isn't 100% fit or doesn't have 100% concentration then bring him off. At the start of the season and throughout last season he would be busting a gut to win the ball. Today he looks lifeless. No challenges, not winning 50/50s, no aerial prowess. We need to lead from the front and press. Come on Lambert have a word or bring him off. Didn't log on until HT as I thought we played relatively well but lacked the cutting edge in the final third and a few shaky set pieces but on top overall. Typical Villa performance. But of course were villa so we give teams like this an easy game were just the side you want to play when u need to break a duck Yep, teams always break their duck against us. villianusa Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 Problem is Benteke receives the ball 30-40 yards from goal and not where we need it in front of goal. We have shown (down the right) if we get behind them and put ball into the ball we will cause problems, sadly it hasn't happened enough. We need to release Gabby quicker down the left and get him to run more at Bardsley. He will give us a freekick or two (maybe even a penalty).
