philwhitters Posted January 19, 2014 Share Posted January 19, 2014 After the end of this window and summer, I would like something like this to have happened: GK: Guzan / Steer / Siegriest RB: SIGNING (Richards??) / Lowton LB: SIGNING (Bertrand perm??) / Luna CB: Vlarr / Baker / Clark / Okore / Donacien DM: SIGNING (Mulumbu??) / Sylla CM: Delph / Westwood / El Ahmadi / Bacuna / Gardner AM: SIGNING (??) / Grealish / Carruthers Wide attacking players: Weimann / Agbonlahor / Tonev / Albrighton ST: Benteke / Kozak / Bowery / Helenius Out: Hutton / Bennett / Stevens / N'Zogbia / Herd / Bent I think four signings could provide us with a very good team and also a very good squad covering all positions. Another CM could be let go if Gardner is fit and performs. Possibly Baker could go also if Okore gets back to full fitness and also Donacien is up to being a Premier league player. I'd rather us sign an attacking midfielder than any other position and on loan if it isn't going to be a player of proven quality. I think we are at the place now where we are good financially with the wages so if there is no more budget left this season other than say 1 or 2m then I would rather just buy 2 or 3 proper players in the summer.
