  1. Many Clouds you beautiful beast
  2. Owner is a West Ham fan as I nearly bet for the same reason
  3. Im really scared about today, last few games have been a few so called "must wins" and its games like today that are the reason for calling them so as I dont expect anything out of it.
  4. Richardson and Bacuna have cost us 3 points today
  5. Have to agree with this from a recruiting perspective but from a personal one I walked with nothing to go to as Id just had enough and needed some time to my self. Yes potentially the worst thing I could have done but I fell on my feet. You make your own chances and if you are good at your job and have been there a few years you should know people who have left who are in good places. You never know what impact you can have on people so test the water with old colleagues if you managed to create that kind of network. That sounds like the worst piece of advice I've ever read. NEVER quit a job without another job lined up no matter how bad it is. I was always told that it is so much easier to get a job when in a job then when unemployed. I found this to be true. Quit my job to go travelling, came back and despite a degree and decent experience could not for the life of me get even an interview. After 2 and a bit months I finally managed to get a job and from then on the offers were rolling in. I don't see why being in a job has anything to do with getting a new job. If Chindie dislikes his current job so much, and it helps give him time to properly look for other jobs, I'd quit. The hard line is man up and do something about it, its easy to stay in job you hate but know you can do as it keeps you secure. Takes some guts to leave what you know. The temp root is ok but its dangerous as you can get stuck in a loop and actually you will probably get paid a little bit more to do the bits of the job you hate now but wont be sure if you will be doing it if anything in a couple of weeks time, as is the life of a temp. Thats when you will realise its not about the money but job satisfaction and in general that "perfect job" will not come around if you are not in work. Apply for something every day, interviews will start coming along and you may find that you interview for jobs that make you appreciate parts of your current role and company. Can only give yourself options and when the time comes to make a decision you will show yourself what you really think about your current situation by going or staying.
  6. What if he dosnt play and we win will the manager then have your backing? Or is it not a two way street
  7. I'm glad they got the win on Saturday, they had to win sometime and I don't see it being the start of a run as they are too poor. We have a great ability to let teams on poor runs get their first win against us atleast that can't happen tonight. 3-1 Villa How I wish we could play 11 James Milners
  8. How? Not really, Randy was our saviour from Doug, did some great things for the club in the first few years, shame his trust and money went to the wrong person but we all enjoyed the ride. A team that has consisted of Milner, Carew, Young, Barry, Laursen, Mellberg, Downing, Ireland, Nzogbia & Bent in his time here even if he wasn't responsible for the purchase of a few he certainly helped keep them here for a short while and is not responsible for some being duds as they obviously have the talent. No one could have predicted the withdrawal of finances even with the financial crash. Randys first 5 years have been evened out by the last 5 and for me he goes as a man who broke even in my mind for the fact that he tried and realised he couldn't do it and is now trying to get out rather than hold on for the sake of it (and it's cost him a lot of money) Unfortunately I think the worst parts always stick out in people minds and ultimately his naivety as a chairman and his knowledge of football has let him down.

  10. I was was of the ones who didn't want Randy and knew this would happen all along....
  11. I have no doubt that racism still exists within the sport and decisions in some places I do not think it is as wide spread as some suggest (naive perhaps). I did not witness nor have I peersonally experienced racism against me in the way Barnes did and this may now play a part in the way he perceives football and life in general which is maybe understandable. However as two of the biggest commentators on black inequality are Sol Cambell who can't be arsed to go do some lower league coaching and Barnes who has shown himself to be a poor manager in his appointments I take what they say with a fist of salt. The playing ratio of black players to White is not 50 50 so why expect the mangers to not reflect that demographic andI think the Rooney rule is just positive discrimination.

    Do you read?

Was just about to post that I got this for my train down today, comes highly rated by a friend and also is historically accurate enough to reignite my interest in the culture aspects of the nazis and hitler. While poking fun at one of the worlds worst dictators and modern culture. Got some funny looks on the train as the front page is a silhouette of Hitlers hair and the title his mustache.
  13. Don't know the last time I watched Wrestlemania but that title fight was top draw, Wyatt Undertaker was ambling pace and the Rusev character is so out dated. a slight move away from the PG crap of the last 10 years. hopefully the start of a new era Orton, Wyatt, Zigler, Bryan, Lesnar, Rollins and Reigns have the making of a good core even if they've all been around a while. Glad they are putting some better wrestlers into the lower belts it's boring when it's all about one belt. They need to break Cenas character to get the best out of him and I don't get the hype about Bryan.
  14. Jores is a bit like Jesus. Jores will save us.
  15. Anyone watching The Blacklist with James Spader in it? Fairly decent watching.
  16. I cant wait until I get my first dog. I absolutely love animals and havnt had a dog since the family one when I was about 4. Massive commitment as Im fully aware they become a part of the family not just a pet. Will hopefully be July time when I get back from holiday.
  17. Until Messi and Ronaldo are deep into their 30s will other players be able to challenge them for the Ballon Dor. Zlatan was at their level in a different way but hes now on the decline. Then theres another group of players in Neymar, Bale, Aguero, Sanchez, Ribery, Robben, Reus and Suarez who if the other two wernt around would be continually be in the battle. Ozil is certainly capable, hes getting to his best at the moment, he is like a ghost when at his best popping up everywhere, his technical ability sometimes make him seem lazy. Hed get more assists for Arsenal if their build up play didnt take them so close to the goal he is fantastic in a quick attack. However a playmaker that dosnt score alot of goals will never win the big prize.
  18. Ings will be the hot property that Spurs and Liverpool will be fighting it out for with the loser going for Austin even if they arnt quite similar players. Maybe throw in Jay Rodriguez if he can prove any fitness before the end of the season. Cant imagine we will have enough money for any of them.
  19. Watched hunger games part 1 and other than a nicely sung song by Jenn Lawrence which didn't have a much of a relevance to what was happening it was pants.
  20. Thinkthe subs will be Gil and Grealish for Sinclair and zog
