Set to a temperature and on constant, but I reckon if I feel the radiator at most times of the day then the heating will be on. It’s ridiculous. I’m not even just talking in colder months, our heating is in during the summer. I’ll walk in from the sun and the radiator will be blasting. My wife reckons our house doesn’t hold heat well. I call BS.

4.903 here. Family of 4, 2 freezers, tumble dryer that goes on every day. We also generally have the heating on 24/7 so tbh I’m surprised we’re not triple the average.

Randomised in a match generator type thing, based on stats/ form etc, I think I read on Twitter. You can watch the match generate too, like football manager. You can also run 5 friendlies to try to get an idea of who could play well etc.

If you don’t know what Live FPL is, it’s a really good site people use to track their points and stuff (it shows what your points/rank will be after minuses, and bonus points and substitute points hours before the official FPL site does). It’s all ran by one guy called Ragabolly. Anyway, Ragabolly has made a ‘virtual FPL’ for people to play during the international break, where he will simulate 4 prem gameweeks (there are no injuries or players out of favour like Aubemeyang), and the 4 gameweeks (all running over the space of the next week, I think) each have different rules.. so gameweek 1 is unlimited funds. One of the gameweeks is max 1 player from each prem squad. One gameweek is only players 6.5m and cheaper, things like that. Sign up (it’s all free) and have a look, it’s just a cool mini game to play while the real football is off.

Randomly, I’ve writing and recording Fantasy Premier League based songs on Twitter weekly. No idea why I decided to do it, but the first one getting 80,000 views inspired me to carry on. They’re by no means perfect, and fairly one dimensional in line with my ska/punk band background, but give them a listen if you can ignore the completely nonsensical references to FPL stuff!

I’ve got one double (Kane) right now, but I’m keeping both free hits and gambling that they’ll come in handy later in the season when there will hopefully be the opportunity to bring in better players for better games. I’m going to take a minus 8 to bring me up to 4 doublers and cross my fingers that all the popular picks (Maddison, Moura & co!) blank.

Why wouldn’t Man Utd sell Lingard to them? Money for a player not playing and out of contract in 6 months, not a team directly a threat to them (anytime soon). If you’re going down the ‘morality’ route, then I don’t think many clubs will refuse to deal with them on principle alone.

Did Gerrard play with an out-and-out defensive midfielder at Rangers? I know many of our fans have been hard for a DM for a few windows now, but it may be a moot point if Gerrard just uses box to box CMs etc.

Out of Ole, Gerrard and Lampard, Ole is the most experienced manager and we’re going for the one that has won things in Scotland with one of the two clubs that always wins things in Scotland. Meh. Very, very meh. I hope he proves me wrong! But this just smacks of flavour of the month.
