    People who think that Johnny Cash was the only good country artist. People who couldn't name any other country artist. People who think country music is all shit. People who use the term "country and western". Perfect post. I point people to the last Jamey Johnson CD and wonder how anyone could think country is shit. further to that, although Cash is my favourite artist, country on the whole is pretty much all I listen to with bits of rockabilly and psychobilly thrown in for good measure.

    Watched Django Unchained last week, if Tarantino did a western it would be this, it did exactly what it says on the tin. Christoph Waltz was excellent. Other than that as I love Vegas going to rewatch The Hangover now.

    Watched The Guard last night, excellent film, Brendan Gleeson is superb in it. This morning I watched That'll Be The Day, the David Essex 70's film and it was every bit as excellent as I recalled, I have its sequel to watch later.

    Really not impressed with the arrogance of villa fans, mainly on twitter but not limited to there. We arent at Wembley yet, we have 2 games to go, with questionable form we could come unstuck but people already asking about season ticket holders that cant go to Wembley. The best laid plans.

    If I come across a Thatcher apologist, I tend to tilt my head to one side and talk to them slowly and using small words. Its the same reaction I have with U2 fans.

    I wanted to say Novak, 90's indie band, or little red schoolhouse, or even the mighty lemon drops but their achievements were only really in keeping me entertained during the 80's and 90's. So greatest ever brummy, if we are counting West Brom, Crystal Harris, the new Mrs Hefner.

    As a young lefty, politically Nellist was my hero. He along with Billy Bragg got me into politics. My politics have changed significantly as I have got older and my socialism has waned considerably. That said, favourite politician historically was Nellist, currently none of them. Least favourite. Outside of Thatcher, Blair. The **** snake.

    Success of the olympics, not medal winning, just that we could organise a piss up in a brewery. Really made me feel proud to be British. Outside of that Hillbilly Moon Explosion's set at Rebellion.
