I was literally just thinking about this. Every Sunday me and my dad used to walk from Selly Park and up to the Brittanica cricket pitch (near the Scientology bollox) and down back to the cricket ground and up the Pershore road. No one said hello. Yet, do the walk on Christmas day and everyone turns into Graham Norton on Friday night. I guess us Brits are a bunch of introverted sods until a few Bailey's.

My dad has it. I'm on the way to having it if I don't buck my ideas up. It's not necessarily a chunky boi disease but unless you really overhaul your lifestyle choices then it could become a problem later on in life (feet, eyes etc...). It's definitely manageable and with the right outlook and diet you may not notice and could possibly reverse it.

Sometimes I measure my productiveness during the day by the amount of battery percentage left on my phone, at 5pm. Starting at 6am with 100% anything above 80% by 5pm means I've had a very busy day. Yesterday I left for home with it on 82%
