  1. I'm more worried about Deulofeu up against Elmo. From memory, everything in the first half at Vicarage Road was coming down his side and early on we didn't look like we had a clue how to handle it. Hopefully he can't be arsed tomorrow night.
  2. Guilbert posting on Instagram of a tooth issue. Hopefully doesn't rule him out from playing. https://www.instagram.com/stories/fredguilbert02/
  3. I think if he'd stayed manager of Sheffield Wednesday the whole Bruce thing would have faded away as he was in another league, the fact he moved to a club, which many think are fellow candidates for relegation, has brought things to the fore again.
  4. For what it's worth (nothing), I think the 49ers will win a close one.
  5. Andy Reid jokes will have to cease for a bit if he wins a Superbowl.
  6. Is that box score right? Jimmy G has 4 completions on 6 attempts & we're into the last quarter? What a bizarre game...
  7. Summary from the weekend - #FreeAndre strikes back Bree (Luton) Away at Nottingham Forest (3-1) - Played 90 minutes. WhoScored.com rating of 6.15. Doyle-Hayes (Cheltenham) Away at Crewe (1-0) - Unused substitute. Green (Charlton) Away at Preston (2-1) - Came off after 67 minutes. Scored. WhoScored.com rating of 6.77. Hepburn-Murphy (Tranmere) Home to Ipswich (1-2) - Not in the squad (Calf/hamstring injury). O'Hare (Coventry) Away at Doncaster (0-1) - Substituted after 81 minutes. Hit the goalframe. WhoScored.com rating of 6.62.
  8. Think it was El Ghazi who played Jack through with a fantastic pass in the first half. Unfortunately Jack didn't finish the chance, but deserves the same credit Luiz is getting for his great assist as it was a super ball.
  9. We've taken 6 points off Norwich, 4 off each of Brighton & Burnley, 3 off each of Everton & Newcastle and 1 off each of United & West Ham. I know it's great to get the better of the sides around us, but to stay up we're going to have to pick up a few wins against sides we're not expected to beat because everyone else seems to be doing it.
  10. With Kodjia gone, Conor is now the leading Villa goalscorer at the club. Jack is quickly catching him though.
  11. Guilbert please Dean, if I have to see Elmo up against Deulofeu again I'm going to be livid.
  12. Why do you say that (just out of interest)?
  13. I think Duda is a good signing for Norwich, although I'm surprised it's that end of the pitch they are looking at. He had a great 18/19 season at Hertha.
  14. It's taken from an interview with Brighton's official website just a few days ago.
  15. His 2nd goal was a very nice finish.
  16. Equal top scorer in the FA Cup with 5 goals. Equal 2nd with 4? Nathan Delfouneso
  17. Predictions from an NFL idiot. KC get up by 1-2 scores early, limits the Titan's chances to run the ball and their passing game is not up to snuff. 49ers defeat Green Bay fairly comfortably.
  18. Agreed. I think he's got ability but like you said he's pretty raw and needs time to develop. It was pretty idealistic to think he could fire us to Premier League safety though.
  19. Out of contract in the Summer. No way we'd get that much. Plus convinced he'd pass a medical at a new club anyway. Think he'll be here as cover until the end of his contract. Shame such a reliable and constant player in the Championship years was unable to get a chance to play for us in the Premier League.
  20. Summary from the Tuesday night O'Hare (Coventry) Home to Bristol Rovers [FA Cup Replay] (3-0) - Substituted after 60 minutes. Two Assists. Thanks to everyone who contributed in his individual thread.
  21. Pistons going to backdoor themselves into the NBA's worst record hopefully.
