  1. My fridge today has these in, well minus one of the Lagunitas' as that has just been drank
  2. You could always call. Texting is for pussies You're right, to be fair I bottled calling as I quite like her and was afraid of an awkward conversation if she wasn't interested. All being well it has worked out in the end.
  3. I recently text a girl after a good date, heard nothing for a couple of days so thought I'd try one more just to see if there is anything, after nothing back for most the day I deleted her off my phone as I thought that was that. Low and behold she gets back to me after I'd given up. Texting is a minefield, I hate it.
  4. Just looked it up, genius idea.
  5. . Anyway, I have a bottle of wine that im going to drink and it has a cork in it. But I cannot find the opener thing for it. And i've had too much to drink to consider to drive to the shops. This should be fun., Knife sharpening steel, screwdriver or similar and push the cork in. You should probably do it over a sink. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
  6. A little bit different but England have tried calling one end of Wembley the 'singing section' and I think it is the 'home end' now but the problem is that people go there on mass expecting an atmosphere rather than realising they actually have to do it themselves.
  7. Is 24 worth watching past the third series? Finally got round to giving it a go but after going through the first 2 quite quickly the third didn't keep me as hooked.
  8. My purchases on my way home after work Friday
  9. Mine is apparently an occupational name for an official in charge of weights and measures. Which means I was probably destined to work in the hospitality industry and enjoy a drink.
  10. For Swansea IMO yes, vs the likes of city and utd though I'm not so sure Think we've got a similar problem at left back, lowton playing really well When was the last time we had a full back selection headache?! When deciding who was the least worst at Left back out of Luna, Bennett, Stevens & Baker!
  11. It's certainly the end of his time as a guaranteed starter. Yeah he still has a role to play. We won't be able to play that formation/players every game. It was right for today but we'd get caught out in midfield if we did it against some other sides, It's nice to have options for a change.
  12. Had a bit of a weird cheltenham. Money was a bit tight so didn't have much to bet but ended £100 up. It would have been interesting if I had bet some money as I turned 32p to £35 and then lost it all again yesterday.
  13. Probably highlights why the powers above aren't keen to cite people for diving post game. There's a few obvious dives but most are contentious to a certain extent.
  14. Quality backdrop - I've had the same bath towel for the past 20+ years! I had it too, not seen it in a couple of years though, so may not have it anymore.
  15. Wasn't going to have a bet but couldn't resist a tenner on the Mullins first 3, luckily didn't stick Annie Power in. So £100 back and £20 in free bets to dick away tomorrow.
  16. Yup, I'd agree with this. No idea how you can come to this conclusion really after what 7 appearances? Not that it is that measurable anyway but I think it's likely he had a 7 game period at least as good as he's had with us so far with how he played for Swansea in their first season in the Premier league and before that. On a seperate note just seen in the season Swansea got promoted there was a period where he scored 11 goals in 11 games. 3 in 7 is just not good enough, Scott. In all seriousness keep up the good work!
  17. Watford and Palace respectively! Definitely the Sunday then! I think Watford is sufficiently far away from Wembley for this not to be a problem. It's no further than coming from Central London and certainly closer than Palace is?!Plus it's all the same train to London from New StThink it's chiltern and moor street station as they go to Wembley stadium. From new street they go past Wembley Central. That's only the case for those that want to go straight to Wembley rather than into London first. The Virgin trains are much quicker and some stop at Watford.

  19. Oh great, I could do with it being at 2pm then but I guess it will probably be 4
  20. I just want it to be Saturday as I have a gig I've been looking forward to on the Sunday in Bristol.
  21. He's given his all so far but I still worry especially as the season goes on, if he's agreed to sign for someone else more so, that there will be an occasion where we need him to put himself on the line and he won't.
  22. Run come save me - Roots Manuva Only delve I to hip hop occasionally but love this album, and Dub come save me.
  23. I was a regular then so wouldn't have been an issue but Chelsea tickets were pretty easy to get. The fact we had been there not long before demand probably wasn't as high as I think it would be this time round (fingers crossed) after what we have gone through for the last few years everyone who is eligible will want to go. I'll be touch and go this year if it happens as I've hardly been. Doing my glory hunter bit tomorrow though and will be out. I'll be the one with a half & half scarf and selfie stick.
  24. Great news, as long as he doesn't recommend any players to sign.
