I’m going to ask a stupid question. I’m following a basic training plan I found online. It seems to be working well for me, but it’s not very good at explaining some of the runs. So...what does ‘7 miles with 6 x 2 minute intervals’ actually mean?

I personally wouldn’t ever get anything too precious or valuable framed. Like @choffer said, I wouldn’t want them destroying the shirt. I did get a couple of signed replica shirts framed from a place near me in Halesowen though. I think they’ve done a decent job, but when they asked me if I wanted the whole shirt on display or to have it folded to just show the badge and autographs, I wish I’d chosen the latter. Apart from the fact a smaller frame would have been cheaper, it’s far bigger than it needs to be. The ‘score draw’ logo bothers me too. I also regret not waiting to get a few of the missing autographs before rushing to get them framed.

I’m a massive believer in doing whatever makes you happy. As long as you’re not hurting anyone else, then do it, no matter if other people think it’s weird or whatever. Having said that…what a bunch of losers.

I realised yesterday, when filling up my car, I don’t know what petrol looks like. I don’t think I’ve ever seen it. If there was containers of varying liquids in front of me, I wouldn’t be able to pick it out from looks alone. I could just google it now, but I like the mystery.

I work from home using my own laptop as well, I don’t think it’s that uncommon. But then again, I do work for the same company as @Rob182 I’ve just asked the people sat around me in the office though and they said they’re all allowed to use their own laptops at home too.

Wow, fair play! I think that makes me feel better actually. You’ve got 9 years on me, so my kids won’t want anything to do with me when I’m 45, it’ll be easier to find time to train. I already feel a bit of a shit when I turn to my wife every few days and say I’m going for a run, see you in a couple of hours, good luck with the nappies.
