    Sure I hope Villa are competitive and try to win every match however I'd prefer to keep a few players fresh for the Barcodes. McGinn, Konsa, Luiz, Watkins could all do with a rest as they have been practically ever-present this season.

    Currently watching The Brothers Sun on Netflix, I've always liked Asian films and TV and I'm enjoying this so far (two episodes in)... It has some familiar Chinese themes but yet turns often used stereotypes around, it is dark and comedic in equal measure. Michelle Yeoh is the standout star but a good supporting cast.

    Emile Smith-Rowe has a terrible injury record, it would be madness to sign him. Good player on his day but that is few and far between, also I wouldn't like to give Arsenal my p*** if they were on fire let alone £20 million +

    The more I see the Tarkowski foul on Diaby in the box the more it is a clear penalty and a red card.

    Kamara Man of the Match for me, just class. Moreno and Martinez also very good. Dycheball, thought we'd see it, thuggery. Tarkowski should have been sent off. Coleman is a little p***k too, he's got a screw loose. VAR killed us again, like the Sheffield United game. That was a goal, even the commentators were dumbfounded. Absolute farce, seems like a conspiracy as the PL would much rather have other teams in Villa's place. Villa should be four points better off and top of the PL.

    I watched the game last night and every time the camera panned to the bench I thought Jack looked old... He looks tired, my Wife said he's been burning the candle at both ends...

    Dycheball, they won't make it easy and expecting some tough tackles to rough us up. Everton create chances though and this will be a tough game. Hopefully Villa can be strong from the beginning.

    If he's light jogging and importantly feeling no issues then i'd imagine the next phase will kick in rather soon. I was hoping if all goes well he might be back on the bench for the last few weeks of the season. Possibly a big ask but it would be amazing to see him get some minutes and help Villa for the last few games.

    So presumably they can't spend a penny in the January transfer window. Is that correct?

    Villa do not REALLY need to spend. Players coming back will strengthen the team; Torres, Tielemens etc and Cash/Konsa can work for the remainder of the season at RB. I presume we will be in a good position to spend money in the Summer if we qualify for CL?

    I'm also one who loves the guy and his highlights reel at Villa will always be class; it will never not be outstanding. But, his fitness, robustness, is not fit for Emery and it is unfortunate. Hopefully he smashes it at the Africa Cup of Nations, and then he gets a good move.

    And when Emery is congratulated upon Manager of the Month, Emery stays classy and humble by saying it's for the staff, the club, the players and the fans. Emery is self-effacing, again Villa are on the rise and this is only the beginning of hopefully a very long relationship together with him as the Manager.

    Hold on, they've spent £400 million and they are midtable in the PL. I'm not sure if that us good business at all...they are the new Chelsea but with an inferior manager.

    Football management is about positivity and intellect... Professor Emery is class, even when Villa were done by VAR against Sheff. Utd he acted with dignity and accepted the decision. Idiots like Arteta are moaning babies who criticise everything and everyone else. The likes of Deeney and Gerrard have no dignity, intellect or composure. Villa are so lucky to have one of the best managers around, sure we will have a difficult patch but we have to stick together, support the manager and team.
