His squad number indicates to me that he is very much going to remain in Lambert's first team plans, when the fact is he's complete garbage and shouldn't be anywhere near a Premier League team. skarroki Posted August 6, 2014 Share Posted August 6, 2014 (edited) Giving Burke a number seems strange to me as he seems to be rarely mentioned and doesn't look like he'll ever get a look in but is included in the squad numbers. Same goes for Donacien. I guess no number 9 cos it would be weird giving it back to Bent and noone else wanted it? Basically not as interesting as last year though when nearly the whole squad changed their numbers.
