Documentaries you have to watch

There so many I love, I'll have to have a trawl through my recently watched list. One of my favourites of late though was Warwencol. Guy gets beaten-up (for reasons you find out in the final third), suffers brain damage, decides to express himself by creating a whole town full of WWII (German) soldiers and photographing them. Sounds crackers but it is a really great film.

Sounds shit.

Isn't.

Billy Mitchell could well be the greatest screen villain of all time.

I vaguely remember a similar documentary with him in. Didn't he cheat or something?

Just watched it, **** me I thought I was a bit of a nerd. Great viewing,

EDIT Also, Billys wife has an amazing rack.

Well you know me, I can't stand wrestling (it's fake, don't you know!?) but it's an interesting watch none the less.

I watched it a couple of nights ago because of this thread. Brilliant. It was like an epic battle between good and evil. That Billy was such a Machiavellian word removed.

That it is. I had only just started looking in to backstage/shoot type things and was still pretty young when it came out and I was blown away when I watched it.

Jake the Snake and Mick Foley's lives had/have a sadness I hadn't even contemplated/knew before I watched it. It was interesting the effect their actions had on their loved ones. In-ring for Mick Foley (And then how that carried in to his family life, his mobility etc) and out of the ring problems for Jake.

Here's a documentary I'm sure you'd hate though -

ESPN 30 on 30 series is brilliant, only saw a few of them but 2 Escobars is very good

Was going to mention this one myself before I saw your post. Excellent documentary, only down side is the family side talking about Escobar in the middle, it was a little bit too much. But that was surely a good one, and one I will watch again.
