I agree on Carroll over Welbeck but then you can see the logic of the fact that Welbeck and Rooney know each others games better.

As for Walcott I don't agree, we needed to be solid from the start and Milner was the man for that job not Walcott.

Christ, what's the use of defending if you give the ball away immediately?

That's what Milner (and Young) have been doing.

That's what Milner (and Young) have been doing.

Well regardless of if you are giving the ball away defending is the most important thing in a game you don't need to win but must not lose.

I'm not saying that Young or Milner are playing well just that I think it was the right decision not to pick Walcott to start.
