After In Bruges and The Guard, I'm prepared to watch whatever Brendon Gleeson's in. Even if it was a Jane Austen period drama.

allegedly he is a Villa fan as well :)

You shouldn't spread such damaging rumours about people.

He has long been known for his love of football and recounts tales of attempting to get a clear radio reception so he could listen to how his team, Aston Villa was faring on a Saturday

not sure how true it is ;)

The Woman In Black - I thought this was excellent, and made me jump a few times. Not usually a fan of horror but extremely impressed with this.

Watched Waynes World 2 last night, got it from sky on demand.

Quality film, so many great memorable moments.

The YMCA scene

The scene where they go backstage at the Aerosmith concert and get approached by the two nerds and pretend they aren't Wayne and garth

Del Preston telling his ozzie m & m s story

The Leprechaun

The drive through scene

Garth in the laundrette with his shrunken clothes and underwear

"I have to ask, didn't you think it was a trifle unnecessary to see the crack in the Indian's bottom?"

Yeah that was also good.

Just remembered the scene where Garth tells Wayne everyone thinks he is going crazy because he keeps talking about Jim Morrison.

"People are saying there goes Garth and his friend Wayne.... the psychopath"

".....but the shopkeeper and his son, that was another story altogether, we had to beat them to death with their own shoes"

Watched American History X again last night.

Cannot underestimate how good a film that is

Under the Skin is fantastically strange. Really worth seeing it in the cinema. A few people walked out  :) maybe they were expecting a conventional fish out of water story.

Not sure if this is a spoiler but I'll hide it anyway

The disfigured Tesco bloke is an actor who has neurofibromatosis. I don't know if this is common knowledge but I had no idea that he wasn't wearing any prosthetics or makeup.
