New format sounds good to me, we'll get some proper European experience, play 8 different teams minimum, and reasonable chance to make it through the group with 24/36 going through. Be prepared for some dodgy VAR calls to aid one of the favourites. If you thought the refs in the Olympiakos games were bad you haven't seen nothing yet.... Obviously pot 1 is immense quality but if we get a lucky draw from pot 2 (eg Bruges / Donesk), and avoid the few tougher teams in pot 3 and 4 then there’s no reason we can’t progress Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
