That TNT commentator. What an absolute word removed. Wonderful Lille robbed by nasty Martínez and his unsporting antics, not to mention football rules that are archaic! Honestly you’d have thought we’d been battered, like 40 shots to 0. Yes they were better for 70 minutes. Once Bailey came on they were cacking their pants…always felt if we grabbed one back we would have won. And we should have won in extra time, the only team creating clear chances. Lille robbed??? Non monsieur…you had a lot of possession but created next to nothing…

Oh yeah, got a scoop you'd like to elaborate on? 😀

Not a particularly likeable corporation, but from strictly a graphic design standpoint, the Coca-Cola wordmark is class and would look great on a Villa shirt.

Haha nah. Probably the new board members.

Think the phrase was "blotted his copybook again"

**** off he was literally the hero of the hour for his team.

He also said “THE GOAL STANDS” when the ref blew the final whistle. Even though Emi had saved it.

Hes mental

At this moment sounded like even Lucy Ward was criticical of the commentator herself

Watching that again the ref booked him but knew the rules so explained to Dougie he’s not sent off.  Fair play he knew that rule. If only he knew that every time a crowd boos you don’t have to give a yellow card.

I agree.

He could be called a clown or a jester, but his antics are not intimidating or threatening.....disruptive maybe, only if the mental approach of the kicker is frail......which is their problem.

The descriptive words aimed at Emi, need to be reined in.......He is a comedian, and at a penalty shoot out, it's probably the last type of person you want to encounter....but let's get the context right here.

They want to concentrate.....Emi wants to fool around......thats the top and bottom of it.

On lookers need to get a grip of the context.

Ps he has blotted nothing, just another brick in the wall, to say he is one of the best goal keepers on the planet.

PPS Bruce Grobbelaar was much the same with his antics.

I know, but honestly these are good times, the final will feel as big as anything should we get there.

Just a joke about the response to the crowd last season from (Ramsey?) about it only being the Conference League.
