Could certainly do with Everton being on top form for this one.

They never win without Doucoure under Dyche.

1-0 Spurs already. They haven't actually lost at Goodison in the league since 2012.

Maddison is on fire too, shame Diaby ain't.

Maddison was a great signing for them, exactly what they needed to fill the Kane void.

Amuses me all those years ago the lengths people would go to discredit Maddison and claim Grealish was miles better. Nowadays Maddison is the far more influential player for his club.

At the moment, Spurs are in the top three conversation with Liverpool and Man City - I don't think anyone expected them to develop so quickly - they had an incredible summer window - adding Vicario, Maddison, Porro, Kulusevski (permanently), Van de ven, Johnson and bringing Udogie back into the squad, then added Dragusin in January -  they spent more than £200m and I don't think any club did better. The new manager has them filled with confidence and there's a real mood around Spurs that they're in a good place.

They're a problem for everyone.

No shame to lose out on top 4 to this Spurs side.

Last season was the year where enough of the established top 4 clubs was off it for a team like Newcastle to break in.

Yeah Spurs are very good. Annoyingly so. They can be got at but teams just don't seem to take their chances against them.

And Everton score

Vicario ain't great when players crowd around him at corners.

That's our formula for the Villa Park game at least.

Still think Spurs will win this but that will put doubts in their mind that Everton can score from very little.
