Maddison was a great signing for them, exactly what they needed to fill the Kane void. Amuses me all those years ago the lengths people would go to discredit Maddison and claim Grealish was miles better. Posted February 3 Moderator Share Posted February 3 At the moment, Spurs are in the top three conversation with Liverpool and Man City - I don't think anyone expected them to develop so quickly - they had an incredible summer window - adding Vicario, Maddison, Porro, Kulusevski (permanently), Van de ven, Johnson and bringing Udogie back into the squad, then added Dragusin in January - they spent more than £200m and I don't think any club did better. The new manager has them filled with confidence and there's a real mood around Spurs that they're in a good place.
