VillaChris Posted December 17, 2023 Share Posted December 17, 2023 This is Liverpool's big chance to win the league for quite a few years imo, arguably the last major chance they get under Klopp. Interested to see how they handle the pressure as the season goes on. Pretty sure they would've gone top with a win at Luton weeks ago but couldn't do that and they choked a bit today. Were also incredibly lucky to win last week at Palace when Ayew got that ridiculous red. Nunez was poor today and I just don't think he's good enough as CF to decide games like this and when they get back in CL. That will be another issue for them once Salah heads off to Saudi Arabia next summer. Now they've lost their home invincibility they could well struggle v Arsenal next weekend. Arsenal should've won there last year but messed up the game management once they went 2-0 up. Bayern have a game in hand because they had one snowed off a couple of weeks ago. Kane is on 20 goals and 5 assists in 14 Bundesliga appearances.
