He also had one match, where for the first time in a long time, he showed his pace for us, blew down the right wing, put in a cross and got injured immediately. lol I agree about him looking too weak and have been saying for ages he needs to go on a strength training and muscular, fast twitch fiber balancing and refinement program. Thing is, when you were displaying the pace he used to, you can probably get away with not being as strong as players usually can't catch you. Losing that pace and not having the physicality will obviously catch up to you in this League. Diaby isn't the biggest guy either but he looks more " solid " if that makes any sense. McGinn ain't the biggest guy either but he's a tank. I reckon both Buendia and Leon are too easily bullied at times. I know literally nothing about this stuff but an Olympic champion told me one time that once you lose the fast twitch training it’s impossible to get back in the same way. Now he was talking about being overweight and 35 but I do think on the same lines it’s hard to ‘rediscover’ certain typos of explosiveness.
