Yep, seems we go on these nice runs just to establish ourselves in 11th and then start choking when 10th is in play. Was same last season. You don't have to be amazing to finish 9th=10th. Moreno and Kamara is not "same player" from what we had in May 2022. Not like Bailey was featuring much in those times either. We just lost at home 4-2 from the same mistakes we made last season we are 11th! so 10th to 14th with the start of the season we had will be a good finish. Will you still be saying the same in 12 months time given the state Liverpool and Chelsea are in now? Can't keep relying on summer windows and expecting to sign gamechangers who then get injured or take months to adapt. The time to challenge is now so players need to show a bit more bottle on key weekends like this. We have a goal difference of -6 and you think we should be top 7???(look at the teams going for top 7) We had the bounce and now we are seeing we are not good enough which most of us knew. I can't see us finishing above Brighton now as back to front they are a very good team this season but I can't see why we should just meekly accept finishing below Fulham and Brentford tbh. Villa had a great chance to keep up with them today and blew it. Two tough games coming up, which if we lose them both could see us fall further behind.
