The transfer carousel this last summer was won by the clubs that avoided Ronaldo and Messi - those clubs didn’t have to alter their whole game to accomodate aging stars who must never be benched. He's also down as having threatened to kill Donnarumma and told Perez that he will buy Madrid and run it to the ground as well as smashing some equipment and threatening to kill a Real Madrid employee. Posted March 10, 2022 Moderator Share Posted March 10, 2022 It'll be interesting to see what the repercussions will be from this - he's the head of the ECA (what used to be the G14) and possibly the most powerful main in European club football - the Swiss have accused him of criminal action on the sale of TV rights and asked for a two year custodial sentence (which they won't get) and now he's here accused of what amounts to assault on a referee and staff of an opposition team.
