What a strange, narrow formation for Man U tonight that I've never seen before: 4-2-2-2? I didn't even know that one. I guess it must be a very fluid formation... a few players from the 2-2-2 will have to drift out to the wings often so the two full-backs aren't responsible for the whole side of a pitch each all on their own! :s That would just be silly. They'd have no-one to pass to on the wing and they'd be knackered after 20 minutes!

Maguire is an abomination

Something to think about when w eget frustrated with Mings. Maguire cost 3 times as much, is he a better player? I wouldn't say so, at all.

Just now, MaVilla said:

he is a terrible defender isnt he, really poor.

He thinks he's a ball playing defender also, which is comical.

When I've seen him for England go on one of these mazy up the pitch runs the commentators wax lyrical but never seem to understand how the opposition usually just let him have it knowing full well that he'll do absolutely **** all with it even if he does carry it 60 yards up the pitch, just stand off him stay with your man give him no pass and know that he'll lose it way up the pitch letting you counter

Commentators wet themselves with excitement
