The thing is they were doing rather well when they sacked him, so rather than being a decision based on results (or lack of), it would maybe point to a major disagreement behind the scences. Rowett this season 9 wins, 7 draws, 5 losses then he was sacked. Zola this season 2 wins, 3 draws, 11 losses Rowett had a 43% win percentage. Zola has a 13% win percentage. Which is why his dismissal must have been down to some sort of barny behind closed doors, and why i think a return to Sha (mentioned above) has to be considered unlikely.
