It doesn't really matter if the owner is forign or not. Just if they are shady and looking to make a quick buck. Ken Bates is one of the worst examples and he is English. Mike Ashley is not much better either, though at least he managed to get Newcastle promoted again after their collapse so they didn't implode completely.
