I think you are giving Wolves far too much credit for creating a “blueprint” they are always a fairly negative counter attacking side and from memory Leeds dominated them first half and were unlucky not to be one or two up, it certainly wasn’t an instructional on how to beat them. 

It’s not too much of a shock that as one of the better counter-attacking sides in the league they are having a lot of joy against very open Leeds United today imo.
