Even at a lower level it seems crazy to be captain for a professional team while coaching for another. rodders0223 Posted May 19 Share Posted May 19 He's been okay for Derby but like us, his (much appreciated) goal contributions mask a midfielder that doesn't really impose himself on the game, even at that level, and whose legs are really going. Leaving to be player coach at Barnsley. Interview on The Athletic, seems very level headed, not only done A and Pro License but also going on managers courses. Be interesting to see how he develops.
