New manager

He hasn't proved that he's a rubbish manager yet, but my worry is that he'll just end up being another manager in the mold of the likes of Bryan Robson, Paul Ince, Ray Houghton and so on. I don't really care about his so called bad personality.

He won't even have the backroom staff he had at Spurs

It will be like having Lambert back at the club without Culverhouse and Karsa

We need a manager with his complete backroom team ready to set foot onto the training ground  from day one like the baggies did with Pulis considering were running out of games

Disaster

Yesterday I would have been happy with Sherwood.

After all the reports and articles from Spurs fans however, I'd still bloody be happy with Sherwood.

He only had a short time in charge and I saw passion and energy, exactly what this squad needs right now.

I'll judge him by his actions in a Claret and Blue gilet.

Like who?

It's all well and good getting rid of lambert as so many wants without really considering the options out there.

We've had the manager that was taking us down....this is another throw of the dice.

There is NO ONE out there who you could guarantee keeping us up.....No one.

Every one has their personal favourites, but to say one fans choice is crap, because it doesn't fit your choice....is pure ridiculous.

No one has a scooby doo....who will be right.

I honestly would've preferred to have kept Lambert. Says we are going to sign him on a long term deal. **** me. This is going to end in disaster i can sense it already.

100% agree with this. If this club appoints a man with 5 months managerial experience and a complete bell end to boot then its a bigger feck up of a setup than i ever though. Imagine gambling ore premiership existence on someone with 5 months experience and the coach he had these 5 months has left him to.

I think there is no chance this happening, fox has to be smarter than this.

Tim Sherwood isn't someone I would want as manager at Villa, he looked out of his depth at Spurs and didn't really impress even though the squad cost way over £100m. Not sure he'd do too well in our current predicament, I think if we go for him he'd be the manager that takes us down.

He got 23 points out of 30 in his first 10 games. I seriously don't get the out of his depth thing. I'm starting to think people are literally making things up just because they don't like him!

He had Hugo Lloris, Christian Eriksen, Jan Verthongen and 100million other worth of talent. now he has TOm Cleverley, Fabian Delph and Gabriel Agbonlahor

Using this logic I could argue Klopp is a shite manager also based on the season he is having with Dortmund and the talent at his disposal. You can only coach what you have no? Anyway pointless arguments.
