Popular Post Sam3773
I heard Weimann threw up as he left the pitch for half time. Seems everyone had it. Except Roy. Nothing gets past the beard.

StanBalaban
Ian Dennis @Iandennisbbc 20m Villa hit by virus. Baker, Bent & Westwood missed out. Guzan, Delph and Weimann all been struggling according to Lambert #avfc
StanBalaban
BMH to be shut next week. Paul Lambert will close Bodymoor Heath next week in an attempt to eradicate the virus which left Aston Villa feeling sick during their defeat to Arsenal. Half a dozen first team players, along with members of the football staff were hit by illness before and during the 3-0 Villa Park defeat to Arsenal. Nathan Baker and Darren Bent pulled out of the squad this morning, while Ashley Westwood was sick in the warm up and Andi Weimann vomited at half-time. Brad Guzan and Fabian Delph also had symptoms, prompting Lambert to decide to close the training ground next week in an effort to banish the bug. http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/aston-villa-paul-lambert-shut-7805251
nik986
To do as well as we did then was something with so many players being ill.
lexicon
I suppose it's not a bad time to happen, really. If we get tanked by the big boys, then we can blame it on the virus and confidence isn't as dented as it normally would be? I dunno, just a thought.
