switters Posted February 1, 2014 Share Posted February 1, 2014 Good half. besides the early McGeady shot, we've kept them well at bay and Guzan had little to do. Took the one good chance we had. Bacuna and Delph been the key players for us, Benteke also done pretty well & got a good assist. Clark & Vlaar doing well. neither Holt or Weimann much in the game. would consider Albrighton for Holt before long as he'd offer more pace to counter. Wouldn't it be best to put Weimann up top where he has actually been producing lately? That's the only change I'd make so far. I thought the formation and tactics were a bit iffy by Lambert, but fair play to him, the patience and discipline shown by the players has really worked well, Well done so far Lambert and team.
