TrinityRoadSteps
If Fulham don't win today and Sunderland lose Monday then it's Cardiff Fulham and Sunderland for me
theboyangel
I have West Brom, Cardiff and Fulham going down on 32, 30 and 28 points.

Voinjama
Predictor is pretty pointless isn't it? Crystal Palace winning vs Chelsea.
theboyangel
Predictor is pretty pointless isn't it? Crystal Palace winning vs Chelsea. There are always freak results - the remainder of yesterdays matches kind of went as expected though.
TrentVilla Posted March 30, 2014 Moderator Share Posted March 30, 2014 I still think Norwich look doomed.
Voinjama
For the 1st time all season, I now think Crystal Palace may stay up, would that be the biggest shock in Premiership history, bearing in mind the pre season odds.

TrentVilla Posted March 30, 2014 Moderator Share Posted March 30, 2014 Forget pre-season odds, look at the mess they were in when Pulis arrived he has done an amazing job and should be manager of the year for me. But yeah, not the biggest PL shock ever.
Voinjama
How is it not? Apart from Bradford surviving in 99/2000 I can't think of a bigger shock if Palace do actually stay up.
Jimzk5
Id say Newcastle going down would be the bigger relegation shocker, when you look at the team they went down with (this was in relation to the pre season relegation odds comment) but yes, palace would probably be the worst team that has managed to stay up, with all respect, that squad is largely championship jobbers, pulis has done an incredible job Edited March 30, 2014 by Jimzk5
Voinjama
Exactly. The number of Premiership quality players in their squad can be counted on one hand. If they stay up Pulis has done an incredible job.
Mantis
Is it possible to admire what Pulis has done but still hate him (as a manager) and everything he stands for in football? Edited March 30, 2014 by Mantis
TrentVilla Posted March 30, 2014 Moderator Share Posted March 30, 2014 Yep. Personally I think Wigan staying up when they came up was more of a shock.
NurembergVillan Posted March 30, 2014 Moderator Share Posted March 30, 2014 I don't know if he endorses rubbish football as such, but makes the most of the limited talent he has available.
TrentVilla Posted March 30, 2014 Moderator Share Posted March 30, 2014 I don't know if he endorses rubbish football as such, but makes the most of the limited talent he has available. He does but then he was at Stoke for long enough to buy a different type of player and he never really did. Much like Moyes, O'Neill, Fat Sam and many others managers have a style and even when they have more resources and better players they still often play the same way. kurtsimonw
Exactly. The number of Premiership quality players in their squad can be counted on one hand. If they stay up Pulis has done an incredible job. Agreed. I remember one of their first games, think it was against Spurs, and one of the commentators mentioned the starting lineup had barely played a Premier League game between them.
