It was that colour as well.  First car I remember my dad owning.  K plate.

Now he's driving a brand new Freelander, while I'm driving a £400 Clio.   :thumb:

I'm not knocking the £400 Clio, I've got better things to spunk money on than cars...

Hmm. I think we might have had that (same colour) before the Maxi. There were a lot of them about at the time.

Some nice old skool stuff there Tegis, love that Saab

The Mitsubishis do have a "white goods" air about them though.

Not an Audi fan by any means, but those old 100 Avants were lovely motors.

And just in case Ginko reads this...I haven't really got an Uncle John, it was a joke referencing the song VA has mentioned

I should also clear up that I put a label over the name 'John', as not to cause any confusion.

This is like a memory game!

My old man had some REAL crap motors...here are the ones I can remember from a toddler up to around 1980

I lost track after this as I started my own long list of motors.

As you can see, Dad wasn't one for flash motors. In fact the majority were cack. He's got a Ford Kuga now, which is rather boring.
