Has everyone forgotten that speech by that Norwegian FA president who’s an openly gay woman married to a woman telling Infantino, Qatar and FIFA how disappointing they are in Qatar? The Norwegian FA actually had a vote amongst their members about boycotting the whole thing, and I think the vote was very close. The attendance figures will be fixed if enough people don't pay for tickets. They'll just hand out tickets to the imported fans. Visiting numbers will be at a historic low thou. Unfortunately that's probably the case. So far I feel it's on the UK media who has been fairly vocal on the problem they have with Qatar. Listening to coverage from the far East they are still pretty much " wahey it's the world cup " and head in sand on how this has come about and the cost behind the scene. Interested to know what the general coverage in Europe is like given baldy ginger's rant yesterday, and so far seems rather quiet or essentially no opinion from America.
