    Because he's absolutely shite. He's not even good enough for a mid table championship team. He was lost last night any time he had to go forward, summed up by him being shocked jack had managed to play him in for ollie's goal. Its not piss poor support. It's just stating facts that he was never good enough for us from the day he was signed.

    If we are after barkley it should be a loan with a fee pre-agreed if we want to sign him at the end of the season. The jury is still out on him.

    Just like drinkwater he can't move and you can't survive as a midfielder if you are operating at half the speed of everyone else. He's been a dreadful signing and it was very predictable he wouldn't be a good signing. At least he'll be gone at the end of the season.

    Tries his best but he's not good enough on the ball. He's only a backup anyway but we have too many inadequate backup CM's, we could do with another one to compliment Jack, McGinn and Luiz in case one of them is injured.

    He's at the same level as he was in the championship, the issue is that the teams we are playing are much better now and that's why he's out of his depth. He's not good enough to be a premier league player IMO
