  1. I read that interview today and was baffled. WTF. I knew he was always a useless manager but it turns out he's also brain dead.
  2. Not before we get done over first and man United get gifted 4 walk overs.
  3. The bigger concern is how players will recover and how it will affect our premier league games.
  4. It's not really, the EFL get the TV revenue from the Carabao Cup and the FA get the TV revenue from the FA Cup. Why would either organisation want their cash cow scrapped when they wouldn't get any compensation?
  5. How exactly will it damage them? Losing to a team that they know beforehand is vastly superior to them? If anything it would be an opportunity for them to see what the highest level is like and show them how far they have to go. If any of the players are psychologically damaged by losing to Liverpool in the 3rd round of the cup they would have never made it as a pro footballer anyway.
  6. They'd get over it pretty quickly. Nobody would expect anything other than they lose 5 or 6 nil.
  7. I think the first priority is to establish the club as a top 10 premier league team. Once that is done, probably at the end of next season, then you can look at the situation and decide what ground expansion is needed/is feasible. For us a ground expansion would basically mean knocking the north stand and replacing it. Something like that could be built in ~9 months. The important thing is that the club has planning permission, construction partners, etc. all lined up so that when the expansion is needed it can happen relatively quickly. We don't want to be in a situation where we need a bigger ground but the planning permission is stuck 'in process' by civil servants.
  8. He's also extremely lazy and looks disinterested. But he's brilliant because he's at united and on 150K a week or whatever obscene wages they are giving him.
  9. Andy Carroll, 80k a week, 5 year deal. Do it Sam.
  10. Okore was never the same after his injury and that one was similar to wesley's.
  11. I think we should revisit the £4m plus josh onamoah that daniel levy offered when dr. Tony Fraud was the owner. If he was generous enough to offer that again we should bite his hand off.
  12. Must still believe the ten in a row is on..
  13. They are definitely not safe yet. They could easily fail to get to 37/38 points
  14. I predicted they would go down this year but they are even worse than I imagined. It's amazing how far momentum got them but the harsh reality is they've always had a mid table championship squad.
  15. We'll play a first XI but I think liverpool will want revenge for the 7-2 and beat us by 2.
  16. I wouldn't be surprised. Administration is in their future.
  17. You're not, they do. There might be an "All Blacks" effect. New Zealand are always the best team in rugby so people, including referees, expect that they will win. Sub consciously refs give them more decisions as a result of this bias. It could be the same with united, they are the biggest club, the most successful and the bias towards them when it comes to refereeing decisions over the years is unarguable. They get the decisions because they are the big boys.
  18. No where near this level. But we all knew that already. Good luck at Doncaster Keenan, you might function there.
