  1. Because why would Chelsea bother with a clause like that? He's not a 19 year old dropping down to league 1. He's an established player who, if reports are correct, we have already agreed an option to buy. I think people assume those type of clauses exist in loans way more often than they actually do. If Dean thinks Barkley should be dropped he'll be dropped.
  2. Spurs are the most boring team in the league. It's horrendous to watch.
  3. He did alright last night, konsa wasn't great though.
  4. We don't have that luxury. They both need a break but won't get one.
  5. I think he's just knackered. He puts in so much effort that he can't really be playing 90 minutes twice a week every week for 10 weeks or whatever it will be.
  6. I'd be 99% certain that there is no clause in his loan that he has to play if fit. He's playing because the only alternative a lad just in the door.
  7. Neither Nakamaba or Trez are any where near good enough IMO. I haven't seen enough of Sanson.
  8. I think that's just his level to be honest. We can't expect him to be Drogba, he's 25 and this is his first season in PL. If he was a world beater he would have climbed through the leagues a lot faster. For a club at our level he's just fine and hopefully he'll improve again next season.
  9. He'll be disappointed with both JLINGZ goals but if that's his only bad game this season he'll have done well. A clean sheet now versus the arse would be nice for him.
  10. West Ham showed how to stop Villa last night and it's blindingly easy, double mark Jack and we have very little else.
  11. But he showed on numerous occasions that he has one thing Hassan will never have, a first touch.
  12. Doesn't look like he'll be worth £30m in the summer. Either isn't fit or can't stay fit or can't move. The odd goal or flashy touch here and there isn't enough. If he was 100% fit I'd say he could be a great player for us but I doubt he ever will be. Looks the type of player that's only able for 1 game week too, fixture pile ups find him out.
  13. Well the inevitable drop off has arrived. We only have decent 11 players + Sanson, as was demonstrated again last night, and you can't expect to play the same 11 every week and get good performances all the time. Our lack of squad depth will mean we'll finish about 10th which is fine but it won't be the european place some were hoping for. As for West Ham fair play to Gollum, he has turned them into what his Everton team used to be. Again they have a bigger squad than ours not not big enough that they won't run into trouble. If Antonio gets injured they have nobody to replace him. JLINGZ is suddenly the messiah but he'll be back to being shit again within two weeks. Easy play with that energy when you haven't played all season and everyone else has been playing 3 games a week.
  14. I didn't think that was possible until it happened. And its JLINGZ not lingard.
  15. He's not a good footballer either.
  16. If I was Tuchel I wouldn't allow him any where near the club. You don't want some one in the building who has no loyalty to you and actively wants you to get sacked so he can take over.
  17. I think it's because he would get on the ball more in the middle than he does on the left. Also he can attack down either flank from the middle of the field rather than being restricted to one side.
  18. Less Mustapha Salifou's, more John McGinn's Freddy.
  19. Andros townsend misses a sitter after having it left on a plate by Easy.
  20. Came in here to post his name, there's a myth out there that he was great last season. He wasn't, he was just less shite. I wouldn't buy him for £10m.
  21. They are just desperate for a win, any way they can get one.
