Think he will get there. He will learn loads from Vlaar and general prem experience. He will never be a ball playing centre half but can be part of a defensive unit that dosnt hoof. Got the build and the heading ability even if he is sometimes like a dog with a ball getting himself injured. He is pretty imposing and in time his beard will be class.

I saw an interview with him earlier talking about Chris Powell. How they shouldnt have sacked him as he is a promising black manager. Positive discrimination at its best, just because he is black doesnt mean he should be given more time if he is doing a shit job. Book promotion or not Campbell is coming across like a right bellend.

Am I getting this right??? If I put on a 4 fold for 4 races with all 4 horses at each way the odds I am being given are if all of them win. Any finishing within the each way bet other than win will dilute the odds.

I do enjoy my job and the environment and I can certainly see a successful future but I absolutely despise the hours and weekends I work. That's hospitality for you I suppose, I receive a pretty decent bonus in May and have already made my plans for exit. Just have to wait and see if I have the minerals.

Yesterdays set of Squats, dead lifts, calf raise and leg press followed by a 5km run on the tred mill and an hour half playing football mean I have become an 80 year old man. Unable to control my own limbs. They just dont want to.
